Trial by Jury, Your Constitutional Right. In a trial by one Judge you are subject to the Personal Will of One Person, who may not have Honesty, Integrity, Common Sense and the Proverbial Fear of God. One Person, that may secretly hate and despise you. With 12 persons judging you by Trial, only one person has to disagree with the rest, to preserve your Liberty. The chances of 12 persons being wrong in judgment are less likely than one person’s judgment alone. Twelve Heads are better than One.

- What I am: I have served as a Jury Foreman on a Murder Trial. I have studied Criminal and Civil Law for Two years and have been involved in Court Cases without Trial by Jury. I have lectured, taught and informed my fellow Americans for over 9 years about the Right to Trial by Jury, through Radio and TV appearances, Lecturing at Civics Groups, Legal Reform Conferences, State Constitution Commissions, Supported Candidates running for Political office, and owned enterprises that provided services and products to my fellow citizens. What I am Not: I am not one of the legal systems walking wounded. I have no delusions about where the USA is headed with out the restoration of Trial by Jury in all legal proceedings. With your desire to live Free of Man's Tyranny over our lives We will, with Almighty God's help, make America again the Land of the Free and Home of the Brave. I believe that principle holds true for Nations as it does for men, that as you begin, so shall you end. Birthed in Liberty, paid with the Price of Blood, Sweet Liberty and the Spirit that authored it, will once again happily dwell in our Nation.
